Returns

  1. Within 7 days of receipt: refund offered in original form of payment. Items must be unworn/unwashed with tags attached.
  2. Within 8-14 days: store credit 
  3. Within 15 days+ of receipt: final sale
  4. Sale Items are not returnable
  5. There is no restocking fee for a return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.
For online returns, please follow these three easy steps:
  1. Email Lisa@charlotteshoppe.com to notify us of a return
  2. Mail the item(s) back to the store. We do not provide return shipping labels.  
  3. We will refund you with in 24 hours of receiving the item(s).      
DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS
Charlotte Shoppe strives to deliver excellent customer service, however issues out of our control may arise while in transit. We ask that upon receiving your item, you thoroughly inspect your order for any damage and contact us within 2 business days of the delivery.
